Printed with
PrintFilmReady

Real work from real presses, each one shown with the settings that produced it: substrate, mesh count, line frequency, ink count and print width. A photo tells you it can be done; the numbers tell you how.

If you have printed something with films made here, we would like to show it — whether you are on a paid plan or the free version. Work is credited with your name and a link to wherever you want people to go.

Honest notes are welcome. A page where everything went perfectly convinces nobody, and printers can tell.

Why the settings are published

Most galleries of printed work show you the result and hide the recipe. That is a shame, because the recipe is the part another printer can use. A poster at 55 LPI on 230 mesh and a tee at 35 LPI on 156 mesh are different crafts, and knowing which is which saves somebody a wasted screen.

So every entry carries the same six numbers. Over time this page becomes a reference in its own right: what people actually run, on what, and how it came out.

Common questions

Can I submit my own screen printing work?

Yes. Email a photo of the print, ideally with a shot of the film, plus the mesh count, line frequency, number of inks, substrate and print width. Anything published is credited with your name and a link.

Do I have to be a beta tester to appear here?

No. Anyone who has made films with PrintFilmReady can send work in, whether they use the free version or a paid one.

What settings should I include with a submission?

Substrate, mesh count, line frequency, number of inks, print width and film resolution. Those six numbers are what other printers want to know, and they turn a photo into something useful.
