How to install it
Chrome or Edge (Windows, Mac, Linux)
Open the tool, then click Install app at the top of the page, or the install icon at the right end of the address bar, and confirm with Install.
Android (Chrome)
Open the tool and tap Install app at the top of the page. If you do not see it, open the ⋮ menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
iPhone and iPad (Safari)
Open the tool in Safari, which gives the most reliable result. Tap the Share button, scroll down, tap Add to Home Screen, then Add. iPhone has no install button in the page itself.
Mac (Safari, macOS Sonoma or later)
Open the tool in Safari and choose File → Add to Dock.
Firefox on a computer
Firefox cannot install web apps on desktop (it can on Android). The tool works fine in a normal tab — bookmark it.
Do not see an install button?
The Install app button only appears when your browser offers installing. If it is missing, use your browser's menu (look for Install or Add to Home Screen), or the Safari steps on an iPhone.

Common questions
Is there a PrintFilmReady app I can install?
Yes. It installs straight from your browser as a progressive web app: the same tool with its own icon and window. There is no app store involved and no account.
Does it work offline once installed?
After your first visit, yes: the tool opens and generates films without a connection. Anonymous usage counting simply skips while you are offline, and nothing is ever uploaded either way.
How do I install it on an iPhone or iPad?
Open the tool in Safari, tap Share, choose Add to Home Screen and tap Add. iPhone does not show an install button inside the page.
How do I uninstall it?
Like any app. On a computer open the installed app, use its menu and choose Uninstall. On a phone or tablet remove the icon from your home screen. Your access code is stored only on your device.
Do I have to install it?
No. The tool works in any modern browser tab. Installing is only a convenience: its own icon, its own window and offline use.
