How a seat works
- One Pro code is one seat: it is for the person who bought it.
- An extra seat costs €12 per year and goes to one email address that you choose. That person gets their own access code and a one-click activation link by email.
- Extra seats are bought together with the 12-month plan, in the seat box on the Pro page. The 6-month plan is for one person.
- After you pay you get your own code by email, plus a personal Manage seats link. There is no account to create: the link in that email is the key, so keep the email.

A class of ten and their teacher is one Pro plus five extra seats, €159 a year. A studio with three computers is one Pro plus two seats, €123.
Handing out seats
- Open the Manage seats link from your email.
- Enter the email address of each colleague or student.
- They receive an email with their own code and an Activate Pro in one click button. Or they open the tool, click Have an access code? and enter that email address and the code.
Moving a seat to someone else
A new student next term, or a colleague who left? Open the manage page, free the seat and enter the new email address. The seat is yours to give again at any time, as often as you need.
Freed seats stop working on the old computer once the tool next checks online. It checks when you open it and at least every 14 days, and a computer that is offline keeps working in between, so a classroom with poor wifi is no problem.
Renewals
A code lasts until the paid period ends, with a month of grace after that. When you renew, everyone with a seat receives a fresh code by email by itself, so you do not have to chase anyone.
What the online check sends
Only the email address and the access code, to confirm the seat is valid. Never your artwork or your films. The privacy policy has the details.
Honest limits
- A code can always be shared in theory. That is why every seat is tied to one email address and why the tool checks online from time to time.
- There is a 14-day refund, as for any Pro purchase.
- Seats are not a school licence with accounts and reports. They are the simple thing: more people, one invoice.
Common questions
How much does an extra Pro seat cost?
Extra seats are €12 each per year, on top of the €99 12-month Pro plan. From five extra seats you can invite up to ten people.
Can I give a seat to someone else later?
Yes. Free the seat on your manage page and enter a new email address. You can do that as often as you need.
Do my students need an account?
No. Each student gets a code and an activation link by email, and enters the code with that email address in the tool.
Does it work without internet in the classroom?
Yes. The tool checks the seat online when you open it and at least every 14 days, and works offline in between.
