How do I get access to the PrintFilmReady beta?

Apply through the form on this page. Seven seats are available. Testers help in whatever way suits them, with feedback or a short review, and each receives an access code tied to the applicant's email address.

What does a beta tester have to do?

Nothing fixed: any support or a review is welcome. Ideally a real job run through the tool and printed, some feedback, and a few quotable sentences with photos, but all of it is optional.

What will PrintFilmReady cost after the beta?

Pro is planned at $12–15 a month or $99–119 a year from October 2026, and beta testers get two years free. The tool stays free for up to three inks at 360 dpi.

Is the tool free without a beta seat?

Yes, up to three inks at 360 dpi with a small FREE mark in the film margin. The calculators and test film generators are free for everyone with no sign-up.

What we would love from you

Whatever suits you, a little or a lot. There is no minimum.

Try it on a real job if you can — film, screen, ink — and tell us how it went.
Any feedback helps: a bug, a rough edge, or the ten-question form if you like forms.
A review, if you feel like it: a few sentences we may quote, and photos of the film and the print if you have them.
You get two years of Pro, renewed free afterwards, and your name on the site as a Founding Printer.

Honest feedback is welcome, including “this did not work”. Nothing here is an exam: any support or a review will do.

How it works

You apply using the form. We are looking for a spread: shops and hobbyists, textile and paper, and a few relief printers.
We reply within two days either way. If you get a seat, you receive an access code tied to your email address.
You enter it once in the app, or just click the activation link we send. It unlocks the full version and stays active on that browser until the code's expiry date, which is printed in the code itself.
You test, we listen. During the beta we fix bugs and blockers fast; feature requests are noted and answered honestly rather than promised.
End of September the beta closes and the paid version launches. Your code keeps working exactly as agreed, and we email you a fresh one before it runs out.

What happens to your details

Your email is used to send your access code and to ask how the test went. Nothing else, no list you did not ask for, and it is not passed on. See the privacy policy — and note that your artwork never reaches us at all, since the tool runs entirely in your browser.
